Paul chaired the 8th national validation panel on 11th July for the Quality in Careers Standard (QiCS)national validation process. Held in the impressive new Ormiston Horizon Academy in Stoke on Trent the panel agreed that the Stoke on Trent CEIAG Quality Award met all 16 national validation criteria and was awarded the QiCS.
